Why the interest in cooking in space- here’s why.

Since I’ve always loved sci-fi, I wanted to be on one of those ships zipping from planet to planet.

But back to reality…

I’ve been a chef for many years. And the food options on such a voyage seem grim. Now we’ve come a long way since the 60s. And we’re getting closer to having some interesting meals out there.

We’re still studying how to grow foods out in microgravity.
